Get an RF PCB quote
Request a quotation for Rogers, Taconic, PTFE or hybrid RF boards. Send your material, quantity and electrical requirements; add Gerber files when ready. The review establishes a manufacturable stackup, an agreed inspection scope and a confirmed price and schedule.
A clear brief makes a better quotation
Use the form to share your name, email and project requirements. You can supply drawings after discussing the project. An early estimate can be reviewed against final fabrication data before an order is placed.
What to include
- Board outline, dimensions, layer count and build quantity.
- Exact laminate grade and core thickness, or your electrical targets if the grade is undecided.
- Impedance targets, critical RF traces, loss budget and stackup drawing.
- Finish, copper requirements, via structure and assembly scope.
- Required inspections, reports, acceptance criteria and delivery destination.
What happens next
- Receipt: the form provides a reference after your request has been saved.
- Review: missing information, material availability and design constraints are clarified.
- Quotation: price, exclusions, test scope and lead time are confirmed for your project.
Review the material selection guide, impedance planning requirements and lead-time checklist while preparing your files.
For large files or an unusual CAD format, send a message first and request a suitable transfer method.
RF PCB quotation questions
Can I request a quote before the Gerber files are complete?
Yes. Supply dimensions, layers, material preference, quantity and operating frequency. Any early estimate depends on the assumptions stated in the response and must be reviewed against the released fabrication package.
Is the online calculator a binding price?
No. A calculator helps compare planning assumptions. Material procurement, panel use, yield, testing, finish and shipping require a project-specific review before the order price is confirmed.
Which files should be in the fabrication archive?
Include the copper, solder-mask and legend layers, board outline, drill files, fabrication drawing, stackup and impedance instructions. Label the revision clearly. Assembly requests also need a BOM, component placement data and assembly drawing.
Can I request an alternative laminate?
Yes. State the exact original grade and the electrical, thermal and mechanical limits. An alternative is a candidate for engineering validation, not an automatic equivalent. See the material cross-reference tool.
When does manufacturing lead time begin?
The start point depends on the agreed order conditions, availability and release of approved production data. Confirm the start date, working-day basis, inspection scope and transport separately; a requested rush date is not a manufacturing commitment.
