ABOUT RFPCB / ENGINEERING TO MANUFACTURING

RF-focused conversations.
A shared manufacturing foundation.

RFPCB and PCBSync share the same manufacturing operation. RFPCB focuses the conversation on RF laminates, microwave structures, hybrid stackups and the evidence needed to turn a design into a repeatable build.

What RFPCB brings to your project

RF performance depends on more than a material name. Dielectric thickness, copper construction, line geometry, grounding, transitions and the measurement setup all influence the finished result. Our aim is to make those requirements explicit early enough that engineering and purchasing work from the same build specification.

The site combines material guides, practical design calculators and manufacturing review routes. You can start with an exact grade, compare candidates or bring an unresolved stackup question. The next step is a construction-specific review of your fabrication package, rather than assuming a calculator result or catalog value is already a production approval.

Material clarity

A named, documented construction

Keep the laminate manufacturer, exact grade, thickness and foil connected to the simulation model and procurement description.

Manufacturing clarity

A reviewable process scope

Separate repeatable production conditions from extended prototype limits and identify the features that control the build.

Quality clarity

Evidence matched to the requirement

Select dimensional, connectivity, impedance or RF tests according to what the product needs to demonstrate.

The people and process behind the board

The shared factory’s published background describes manufacturing since 2005 in Shenzhen, with a 5,000 m² facility and fabrication, assembly and laboratory resources. You can review the PCBSync manufacturing overview and equipment information for additional context.

For supplier qualification, ask for current facility and certificate documentation relevant to your order. Factory photographs and company history help explain the operation; the accepted specification and test records establish the basis for a particular project.

How we work with your engineering team

  1. Understand the intent

Start with the operating band, RF function, mechanical envelope, production quantity and the performance uncertainty you need to resolve.

  2. Agree the construction

Review exact laminate, stackup, copper, special features and tolerances. Keep proposed alternatives visible and obtain approval before substitution.

  3. Define the evidence

Agree inspection, coupons, electrical measurements and documentation. Use the qualified prototype as a controlled baseline for repeat builds.

One clear route to a useful answer

For engineers

Send the specific question with the relevant drawing or stackup. Identify the model assumptions, critical features and target values. If a material choice is open, include the loss and geometry constraints.

Use the engineering resources

For sourcing and quality teams

Request a quotation on a defined construction, quantity and test scope. Include certificate requirements, approved substitutions and the documents needed for supplier acceptance.

Prepare a qualification request

Contact the RFPCB team

Email [email protected] or use WhatsApp +86 139 1806 6072. For a factory visit, arrange an appointment and confirm the address and agenda with the team before travel.

If an NDA is required, request and complete it before sharing restricted design files. A preliminary enquiry can describe the application and requirements without including confidential implementation details.

Bring us the next engineering decision.

Whether you are choosing a laminate, reviewing a hybrid stackup or preparing a production RFQ, start with the requirement that matters most to your board.
